What You'll Do.
Develop working relationships with clients
Guide clients on product and service usage
Learn corporate governance and proxy voting
Understand clients' businesses
Provide insight and best practices
Manage client experience
Serve as client's primary contact
Offer support on solutions
Apply critical thinking to resolve issues
Liaise with Operations
Participate in renewal process
Achieve target renewal rate
Drive operational excellence
Act as trusted advisor
Serve as domain expert
Own and manage inquiry resolution
Conduct regular client calls
Identify accounts at risk
Create plans for retention
Assess client reporting needs
Coordinate report delivery
Perform Master Account List reviews
Manage annual due diligence
Take ownership of operational support
Maintain awareness of industry trends
Communicate key results to clients
Identify up-sell opportunities
Provide subject matter expertise
Perform testing of new features
Act as liaison between client and internal teams
Communicate market requirements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with ISS team members; Partner with Sales; Act as advocate within ISS; Act as liaison between client and internal ISS teams
