Must Have
Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses or be willing to study and obtain within 18 months of hire, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ability to learn and effectively navigate Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms, Excellent verbal and written communication ability, Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy, Organizational skills, Understands compliance regulations and correspondence policies, Maintains client confidentiality in all situations, Good analytical and critical problem-solving skills

What You'll Do.
Deliver outstanding client service
Provide operational support
Coordinate client onboarding
Manage prospect pipeline
Assist with proposal generation
Prepare new account paperwork
Transition new assets
Establish client service plan
Leverage partnership with Corporate Resource Groups
Answer incoming phone calls
Advise Financial Advisor
Schedule client appointments
Assemble/generate materials
Ensure business adherence with firm policies
Ensure adherence with financial industry regulatory policies
Manage FA and Team’s social media presence
Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Manage client relationship through mailings
Manage client relationship through reporting
Manage client relationship through e-mail tracking
Implement client service models
Organize and coordinate seminars
Organize and coordinate client events
Design seminar content
Design meeting content
Coordinate PowerPoint presentations
Follow through with client contact
Enhance FA(s) business effectiveness
Enhance FA(s) marketability
Initiate and complete all transactions
Service client accounts
