What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or sales, 2+ years of media sales, digital media account management or auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience
Nice to Have
BAS degree or equivalent practical experience, Demonstrated ability to understand marketing & digital media metrics, Ability to conduct regular forecasts and reports, Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customer’s pressures with data-driven products and solutions, Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation, Know-how of the digital industry landscape, Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision, customer engagement and stakeholder management skills, ownership of agency and client relationships, Ability to build insights-backed narrative to support strategic storytelling and investment recommendations, Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally, Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer, Enthusiasm for adopting AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and impact., Know-how of sales planning & CRM tools

Team & Collaboration
Working collaboratively with their Account Executive(s); Work effectively with various cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, product marketing and insights; Represent the voice of the customer through collaboration with product teams; Co-develop a strategic plan for your book of business with your Account Executive; Inspire continued innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with peers and manager; Develop yourself as a sales professional and colleague to your peers and internal partners
