Two (2) years related work experience in quality inspection and issue detection, Proficient in Microsoft applications, Adobe Professional, SharePoint, etc., Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral), Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and customer service skills, Proven experience with high volumes of repetitive work requiring a precise level of attention to detail, Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while working at a fast pace, Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and within a team environment, Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines, Must be a team player and able to work under time constraint, Amenable to work on Night shift schedule

Experience in an IQVIA role and pharmaceutical experience preferred, Experience in drafting applications preferred

Format and publish eRegMonitor surveys on behalf of clients.
Update SharePoint or other web sources as required by the company for eRegMonitor surveys and client access.
Draft state Board of Pharmacy applications as needed by licensing team.
