In this role, you will assist in day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and communication while learning best practices in AI and SaaS delivery. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their project management career in a modern, AI-driven environment. Role Description: Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled projects under guidance of senior project managers. Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and escalate as needed. Prepare and contribute to customer and internal status communications. Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams. Support adherence to delivery processes, PMO standards, and best practices. Adapt to changing project priorities while maintaining attention to detail. AI Delivery Experience (Preferred) Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI or AI-enabled platforms.
