4-6 years of experience in live event ticketing, 2+ years of experience leading a client services team, Advanced event programming expertise
Nice to Have
BAS Degree Preferred, Experience with Ticket Operations for a venue
What You'll Do.
Manage relationship with venue clients
Supervise team of leads and specialists
Provide front-line service and support
Act as relationship manager
Advise and assist ticketing venue partners
Provide support for all products and services
Develop close relationships with clients
Act as primary resource for inquiries
Develop relationships with client ticketing managers
Understand each venue's unique challenges
Provide expertise on all products/services
Remain current with all new releases
Assist with event and promotion configuration
Recognize critical issues
Respond to support and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues
Escalate technical support issues
