Full Job Description

Our AI-enabled media monitoring and analytics solutions cover a wide spectrum of channels and languages, empowering clients to stay ahead in an ever-evolving market. **Role Overview** * **Top 3 key responsibilities:** 1. Execute onboarding and training for 1 client 2. Handle inquires and requests from client and address their needs 3. Work closely with Client Services team to proactively identify any problems that may impact the client and work with different internal departments to resolve or prevent such issues **Requirements** **Candidate Requirements** * Required qualifications / certifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant Client Services, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in the media, consultancy, tech, PR & communications, or market research industry * Years of experience required: 1-2 year * Key technical or functional skills: Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Email and chat handling. Experience in handling any SAAS platforms would be an additional advantage. * Soft skills / personality traits preferred: Good communication skills, Service-minded attitude, Problem-solving ability, Attention to detail * Languages required: English and Thailand **Benefits** This job is fully remote based
