What You'll Do.
Greet clients and visitors
Answer and route incoming calls
Maintain reception area
Coordinate conference room scheduling
Provide hospitality services
Manage incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain office and kitchen supplies
Support setup and cleanliness of shared spaces
Assist with vendor coordination
Coordinate Wednesday luncheons
Provide light administrative support
Assist with scheduling shared resources
Assist with office weekly inventories
Support onboarding logistics
Identify opportunities to improve client experience
