1–3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or administrative support, interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

What You'll Do.

Greet clients and visitors

Answer and route incoming calls

Maintain reception area

Coordinate conference room scheduling

Provide hospitality services

Manage incoming/outgoing mail

Maintain office and kitchen supplies

Support setup and cleanliness of shared spaces

Assist with vendor coordination

Coordinate Wednesday luncheons

Provide light administrative support

Assist with scheduling shared resources

Assist with office weekly inventories

Support onboarding logistics

Identify opportunities to improve client experience
