Manage enquiries and greet staff
Coordinate administrative and operational tasks
Oversee facilities operations
Report maintenance issues
Manage access and security systems
Maintain health & safety standards
Act as Fire Marshal/First Aider
Manage contractor inductions
Manage compliance with policies
Support financial and procurement processes
Build relationships with clients
Support referral processes
Oversee clinical diary management
Assist clients with medical referrals
Upload and handle sensitive medical data
Provide administrative support to doctors
