What You'll Do.

Support Premium Club Representatives

Develop comprehensive client profiles

Maintain up-to-date account collateral

Create Salesforce profiles for new members

Assist with coordination

and shipment of gifts

Manage and coordinate Red Sox Rewards claims

Track Red Sox Rewards in Salesforce

Record and track facilities-related work orders

Ensure completion of work orders

Act as a Premium Ambassador on game days

Implement premium service touchpoints

Assist in Fenway Park Premium Membership operations

Manage club phone lines

Manage client amenity requests
