Salary Range $19.61 - $24.51* **_Job Description:_** **_What This Position is All About_** **The Client Services Representative/Phone Seller represents Saks Fifth Avenue’s ideals of service and quality to the customer. This position responds to all assigned customer escalations, ensuring a timely response and resolution to issues, ensuring the customer 's overall Saks Fifth Avenue experience is a positive one. Additionally, the ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge of the store, the designers it carries, as well as the many services offered, and they use this knowledge to provide customers with personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience and convert interactions into sales.
