We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Client Service Team. **What you will be doing** You will be part of our Client Service Team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will: * Provide help and support to customers concerning their insurance. * Follow up on existing customers and cross-sell or upsell services and products. * Promote HD’s products. * Assist customers by providing product and service information. * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. * Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer * information and analyzing customer needs. * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Assist with potential customer complaints. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Assist in the development of different projects within the company. **What we are looking for** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Bachelor’s degree. * Fluent in English. * Team player and creative thinker. * Great attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Tech-savvy. * No previous experience necessary (entry-level). **Benefits** * Monthly gross salary range 1097€ - 1750€ (x14 months). * Medical insurance. * Employee discount for all Hellas Direct products. * 25 days of annual leave. * Meal voucher.
