Eligibility Requirements

Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc., Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs., Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time., Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)., Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously., Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently., Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to match or may include detection of differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.

Must Have

2+ years of related office experience, Previous management/ supervisor experiences overseeing 5-10 employees, Exceptional computer skills, Ability to multitask and complete priority tasks on-time, integrity, and solid business ethics, Flexibility and adaptability to change, Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc., Ability to work both independently and being able to perform with minimal direction

Nice to Have

Previous work in hospitality services such as hotels or concierge

What You'll Do.

Lead and supervise daily lockbox processing activities to ensure operational efficiency

Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels

Monitor metrics of staff including productivity and quality

Organize and assist in the control of project work as assigned

Ensure that all standards and procedures are followed

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Support staffing and schedule planning

Training and mentoring of staff ensuring all procedures and adhered to best practices being followed

Analyze and react to the results of monthly metrics

Take action to drive change and innovation that will transform our business

Participate in succession planning at the site

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Communicate effectively with team members and management; Act as the primary daily client contact in correlation with the Client Service Manager; Overseeing the staff onsite for all supervisory functions required
