Perform all CSR duties, Supervise CSRs, Communicate daily with Supervisor/Facility Manager, Manage client projects, Upload and supervise digital files, Review Menu Sheets/order food, Provide compensation for participants, Ensure financial paperwork is accurate, Manage shipping, package inventory, product counts, Compile and send reports, Communicate with other markets, Send updates to project managers/clients, Assist with office supply ordering/inventory, Knowledge of computers, audio visual, office equipment, Project management skills, Knowledge of shipping carriers’ procedures, Clerical skills, Time management, Multi-task and meet tight deadlines, Work a flexible schedule, Work independently, Lead & manage a staff, Effectively communicate (oral & written), Knowledgeable of surrounding area/locations, High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years hospitality experience, 1-3 years management experience, Technical computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
What You'll Do.
Perform all CSR duties
