What You'll Do.
Process policy endorsements
Process cancellations
Maintain accurate account records
Handle timely client requests
Handle accurate policy updates
Handle back-end service work
Order renewal policies
Verify renewal policies against proposals
Process renewal policies in Agency Management System
Enter endorsements on company websites
Follow up on endorsements not received
Check endorsements for accuracy
Send endorsements to client
Follow up on new business submissions
Enter and rate policies into carrier websites
Issue standard certificates of insurance
Issue other forms for holders
Monitor payment status of direct bill policies
Prevent cancellations
Notify Account Manager of cancellation risk
Update agency management system with activity
Update agency management system with payments
Update agency management system with closures
Verify audit accuracy
Review audits with agency staff
Send audit review letters to clients
Order motor vehicle reports as directed
Order loss runs as directed
Act as backup for office phone calls
Act as backup for walk-in traffic
Adopt innovative technology into service process
Deliver best-in-class client service experience
