Full Job Description

## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Client Operations** team at **Marsh**. This role will be based in **Sydney****office**. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle. Supported with training in the combination of online learning modules, systems support from the **Operations team** and 1:1 on the job learning. Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive standardization of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge. **We will count on you to:** * Act as a connector between Broking and Operations, fostering collaboration to deliver optimal client solutions. * Acquire and maintain an understanding of clients' business and insurance needs, ensuring all relevant information is noted and acted upon. * Ensure timely and accurate production of client transactions, including invoices, policy documentation, and renewal reports. * Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers, while seeking opportunities for innovation and process improvement. * Maintain accurate records on all clients and adhere to the Company's quality practices and compliance policies. **What you need to have:** * High School Certificate or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field. * Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License. **What makes you stand out:** * Excellent communication skills (ve
