This is a client-facing role that combines inbound sales, lead follow-up, and customer service. You will be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about debt relief options, helping them understand available solutions, and guiding them through the next steps. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust quickly, handle sensitive financial conversations professionally, and confidently communicate in both English and Korean.
