You’ll: * Serve as the first impression and lasting connection for our clients * Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from check-in to check-out * Confidently manage phones, scheduling, and client communication * Partner closely with hospital leadership to maintain flow and efficiency throughout the day * Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep the front end running smoothly * Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and composure * Represent the hospital with confidence, empathy, and a commitment to treating every pet like our own best friend **What We’re Looking For:** * Strong customer service background required (veterinary experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate) * Someone who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a high-expectation role * A natural communicator who can build trust quickly with a wide variety of clients * Highly organized
