## Client Service Representative We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for a personable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team in delivering outstanding service to our clients and their pets. ### Why We Need You As the face of the hospital, the Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for clients and patients. The CSR helps build trust and confidence in our hospital and supports the daily flow of operations by: * Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion * Answering phones and providing an exceptional client experience * Scheduling and confirming appointments * Making follow-up calls and reaching out to prospective clients * Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments * Assisting clients with products, services, and prescription requests * Educating clients on general pet care topics such as heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, and housebreaking * Managing medical records, reports, and correspondence * Maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment, including light cleaning and removal of animal waste as needed ### What We’re Looking For * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude * Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred * Passion for helping people and caring for pets ### Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including: * Medical and dental benefits * Generous personal pet care
