Must Have
Bachelor's degree in technology or business, 5 to 7 years of experience as Client Service or Customer Success Manager, Managing multiple enterprise accounts in fintech or technology, High-level understanding of South African fintech landscape, Proficiency in Google Suite, Proficiency in Data Analytics/Reporting, Executive Communication skills, Client-Centric Proactivity, Analytical Proficiency, Cross-Functional Influence, Technical Translation expertise, Accountability and Level-Headedness, Professionalism
