What You'll Do.
Provide governance and program management for core CS controls
like Periodic client document recertifications
CAP compliance for client access requests
and continuously improve standard controls and procedures for the CS role
Proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk across portfolios (e. g.
recurring trends) and assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews
and audits as appropriate
Manage remediation of Archer findings impacting multiple portfolios
Provide governance / demand management STT-initiated changes that require CS employee action
Drive relevant project work to improve client service
Review broad array of operating standards driving innovation
strategic opportunities and best practices
Adhere to State Street corporate policies and procedures including but not limited to the Standard of Conduct
Perform other duties as required
