Full Job Description

Overview: The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world. We work to understand each client’s unique business questions and help them gain critical insights to stay informed and make better business decisions. As a Coordinator on the Client Service team, you will be overseeing all administration within your client service team. You will be booking client consultations, tracking projects for the team, and qualifying the experts. This is a hybrid position out of our Phoenix office, requiring a minimum of one day per week in the office.
