Must Have
1 + years of experience in client support, financial services, or a technology-related field, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Demonstrated experience with internet-based applications, Superior English communication skills (written and verbal), Interpersonal skills, Articulate phone presence, Fluency in Mandarin, Excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues or concerns
