What You'll Do.

Provide exceptional service and support to clients

and internal advisors

Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client documentation and setup

Follow up on fund transfers from surrendering companies

Maintain the Salesforce CRM database and client files

Research and resolve issues with the Broker/Dealer

Record incoming assets to the appropriate tracking tools

Engage with clients to understand their history and financial needs

Prepare account transactions

and required minimum distributions (RMDs)

Communicate with clients to clarify requests and determine next steps

Facilitate communication with clients’ tax or legal counsel as needed

Gather client data and prepare materials for meetings and reviews

Conduct tax research (such as 1099s) and complete review follow-up actions

Apply knowledge of WEG’s Suitability Guidelines

operational processes

Maintain a working proficiency with financial products

Attend client service training

company educational events

and vendor presentations

Assist advisor team operations with process improvements

Complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes

Share process and sales updates with the team

Mentor and train Client Service Associates (CSAs)

This role is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients, external partners, and internal advisors.
