What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, including experience in operations or client services, In-depth knowledge of Registered Plan accounts, rules and regulations, and application of that knowledge with experience in processing Registered Plans transactions and troubleshooting Registered Plans queries, Good understanding of Canadian Investment Securities and an understanding of industry processing standards, Compliance requirements and CRA guidelines, Superior client service and relationship management skills, Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), Team Player, A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and think critically to seek out information and solutions independently

Nice to Have

An undergraduate degree in business or finance an asset, Related financial services certification (CSC, CIM) an asset

What You'll Do.

Providing exceptional service to our Advisory Team and our high-net-worth clients

Executing the overall administration of our clients' registered plans

Collaborating with the Private Wealth team to deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client requests

Troubleshooting complex issues for internal teams and advisors

while proactively identifying process improvements

Maintaining accurate and complete client data in CRM systems (Salesforce)

supporting audit checks

and data integrity controls

Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline workflows

and operational procedures

Actively engaging in ongoing learning and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge
