Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years relevant experience (including internships), self-initiated follow-through, time management, and problem-solving skills, with consistent accuracy and care, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and proven ability to learn other software and technology, Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client information and financial transactions, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively, interest in financial planning and investments, with a desire to grow and develop in the role

Position Summary Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team! The Client Service Associate role is an exciting opportunity to work with a team that takes a comprehensive approach to financial planning, delivering personalized advice aligned with each client’s goals and long-term priorities. In this role, you will partner closely with Wealth Advisors to support and strengthen client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for operational and service needs. You’ll take ownership of requests from start to finish, manage multiple timelines, and ensure work is completed accurately and thoughtfully. This is a role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, communicates clearly, and who has the desire to grow within a collaborative team. Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 day per week, or as assigned by their team leader.
