Experience working with Blue Prism or similar RPA tools, business process analysis and documentation skills, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, Experience in financial services or regulated environments, Exposure to automation governance, risk, and controls, Basic understanding of APIs, data integration, or scripting, Blue Prism, Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Advanced Visio, HTML, Advanced Word, PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma beneficial), Blue Prism certification (e. g. , Developer or Professional Developer)
What You'll Do.
Translate business requirements into clear automation design documentation (PDD/SDD)
Working within Blue Prism object and process design standards
Ensure automation solutions are scalable
and aligned with governance frameworks
Complete UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Validate automation outputs against defined acceptance criteria
Assist with deployment planning and production releases
Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis
Monitor bot performance and identify optimisation opportunities
Recommend enhancements to improve stability
Maintain and utilize application and programming documents in the development of code
Recommend changes in development

## We are currently hiring a **Client Service Analyst – Robotic Process Automation (RPA)** to join our growing team in Milton Keynes.
