Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry, Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English)
What You'll Do.
Educate clients on Serenity's services and programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Conduct client assessments and develop personalized service plans
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in
Participate in community outreach and networking events
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
