Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling, ability to perform work independently, solid organizational and attention to detail skills, interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients, ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence, Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals, Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals
Nice to Have
Associate degree, Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles
What You'll Do.
Receive and schedule customer calls for service
Manage schedule of assigned technicians
Ensure schedule allows timely completion of preventative maintenance
Align schedule with monthly forecasting goals
Debrief activities of assigned technicians daily
Coordinate with technicians to resolve concerns
Assess job completion
Progress completed jobs through business process
Receive customer requests for service
Coordinate labor scheduling
Align technicians to customer and service needs
Communicate action plan and services to customer
Ensure work performed to customer expectations
Perform follow-up with customer
Answer customer inquiries
Resolve or escalate customer issues
Debrief activities daily
Provide technicians with daily schedules
Maintain consistent communication with technicians
Follow up on activities to ensure completion
Keep customer account information up to date
Ensure scheduled service visits are on time
Parts ordering/PO creation support
Customer PO confirmation
Attend daily team huddles
Attend weekly planning/scheduling meetings
Assist with monitoring time and expense reporting
Review and correct unassociated time
Perform other duties and administrative activities
