This role supports the long-term retention and integrity of the client base by: ensuring accurate profiling and Source of Funds readiness, maintaining consistent proactive engagement, and safeguarding compliance with AML, KYC, and internal risk standards. The role is based in our Uruguay office. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free. What you'll actually do Manage a defined portfolio of clients with lower volume and higher monitoring depth. Act as a primary remote relationship contact through calls, chats, and email. Establish meaningful engagement cadence to maintain trust and visibility. Proactively identify early churn or risk signals and escalate where required. Drive completion and accuracy of client profiling data across internal systems. Support timely SDF and SOF preparation before regulatory or deposit thresholds. Validate client information through direct interaction, documentation, and open-source checks. Maintain clear justification records supporting profiling and SOF outcomes. Provide high quality service to your dedicated top key value clients portfolio assigned and also exceptional services to a number of non-dedicated Clients ensuring queries and concerns are addressed efficie
