Viva.com envisions to provide businesses a value-driven platform to accelerate the adoption of the latest technology. **The Role** As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for merchants. **Key Responsibilities** * Promote the company services by visiting clients’ premises; * Support merchants with technical guidance during registration and continuously monitor and analyze portfolio performance; * Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers; * Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities; * Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration; * Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage; * Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope; * Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner; * Travel to meet clients and attend industry events. **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience
