Full Job Description
## Description More than 130 years ago, we started with core values that never go out of style: listen, learn and help businesses and individuals reach their goals. Our financial strength and stability are key reasons Forbes names us one of the Best 100 Banks in America the past eight consecutive years and Newsweek names Banner one of the Most Trustworthy Companies the past four years. With more than $15 billion in assets and over 150 locations throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California, we understand our role in the economy and take that responsibility seriously. In addition to offering a source of capital to personal banking clients and businesses of all sizes, we place a high importance on employee volunteerism and donate millions of dollars each year to community organizations. As a Client Relationship Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our branch and a trusted partner for our clients. Your work helps people confidently navigate their financial lives while supporting strong, lasting relationships with our bank. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive experience and make a meaningful impact. ## In this role you'll Engage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities. Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Balance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling. Consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools that support their goals. Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services. Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback.
