Must Have
High School Diploma or G. E. D., entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals
Nice to Have
enjoy helping clients, excel at building relationships through communication and interpersonal skills, confident discussing banking products and services, recognize opportunities to recommend solutions, skilled at multitasking, adapt quickly to evolving client and branch needs, basic understanding of retail banking products, policies, and systems, review financial information, including credit data, to identify client needs and suggest options, comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other business tools, demonstrate professionalism in person, over the phone, and via email, lift up to 25 pounds
