In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for our international clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals seeking residency and relocation support in Malta. As our new **Client Relationship Associate** , you will: * Support the management of a portfolio of international clients, ensuring high-quality service across immigration and tax-related matters * Handle administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and submission of applications and related documentation * Translate documentation between Mandarin and English * Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and timely updates * Assist clients during their visits to Malta, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience * Collaborate with internal teams to provide end-to-end support across residency, citizenship, and relocation processes * Engage with clients, their families, and relevant public and private institutions * Develop knowledge of local systems, including government departments, to better support client needs * Work collaboratively with colleagues while continuously learning and contributing to a supportive team environment **About You** We’re looking for someone who: * Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Languages, Accounting, or a related field * Has experience in a client-facing role * Demonstrates a strong command of both Mandarin and English * Has experience in a corpora
