As a member of the Sales Team, Client Relations Director plays a crucial role in creating, managing, and nurturing relationships with new & existing direct clients and partners including: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Prospect and develop new client leads in collaboration with the Marketing team * Qualify prospective clients to ensure a good fit and long-term partnership potential * Work with the Owner Partner Team to tailor proposals across company offerings * Lead the closing process and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure payment completion * Oversee the Experience Team to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded across planning, homes, and staffing services * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty * Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including booking quotas, prospecting activity metrics, and CSAT scores COMPENSATION * Competitive gross monthly salary ranging from €3,000 to €3,400 * Performance-based bonus structure * Minimum of 20 days of paid time off annually * Paid public holidays in accordance with the Serbian holiday calendar * Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable Serbian labor law * Work equipment stipend * Private health insurance * Flexible work schedule, subject to business needs and management approval ## Requirements SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS * 4 or more years of experience in client relationship management or sales in travel, real estate, or another high-value product targeted to high-net-worth individuals * Proven track record of success in sales and increase in revenue *
