7-10 years of Project Management experience, 5 years in the FinTech ecosystem, Cards, Payments or scheme experience required, Experience in managing clients, 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders, Ability to work across geographic time zones, Working in an Agile based environment within a multistakeholder environment, Demonstrated history of working cross-functionally, Significant, successful, and in-depth project management capability, High level of project management knowledge, techniques and approaches, Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, Firm and empathetic stakeholder management skills, Ability to deal with pressure, Commercial and risk acuity, Ability to easily identify with the business issues, Proactively manage risks and commercial exposure, Manage and deliver multiple project work streams within budget and timeframe constraints
