7-10 years of Project Management experience, 5 years in the FinTech ecosystem, Cards, Payments or scheme experience, Experience in managing clients, 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders, Ability to work across geographic time zones, Experience working in an Agile based environment, Experience in a multistakeholder environment, Demonstrated history of working cross-functionally, Significant, successful, and in-depth project management capability, High level of project management knowledge, techniques and approaches, Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, Firm and empathetic stakeholder management skills, Ability to deal with pressure, Commercial and risk acuity, Ability to identify with business issues, Proactively manage risks and commercial exposure, Manage and deliver multiple project work streams within budget and timeframe constraints
