2–4 years of experience in a client associate, customer success coordinator, project coordinator, account management support, or executive support role, Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Proficiency with CRM, project and task management tools, and wiki-knowledge based tools for document capture: Monday.com, Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, Google Workspace, or equivalent, Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, Proactive, clear communicator—written and verbal—who surfaces the right information at the right time without being asked, Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment and making sound judgment calls with limited hand-holding

Own follow-up loop on open Jira tickets

Triage and route inbound client requests

Chase outstanding internal deliverables

Serve as connective tissue between VP/AM and internal stakeholders

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work across Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Confluence, Monday.com, and Google Workspace daily; Make internal stakeholders and clients feel supported; Support VP of Customer Success; Serve as operational backbone supporting enterprise client relationships; Ensure VP and Account Managers are prepared, informed, and free to focus; Serve as the connective tissue between the VP/AM and internal stakeholders; Reducing friction and keeping initiatives moving; Route inbound client requests to correct internal teams; Confirm receipt and track to resolution; Ensure commitments made to enterprise clients are fulfilled; Drive cleanup efforts across the team's book of business
