What They're Looking For.
Must Have
proven dealing, trading and account management experience, Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role, Experience of working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling other financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients, Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements, Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition), Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels
Nice to Have
An established network of contacts is a distinct advantage, Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus

Manage a significant active portfolio of clients

offer expert and bespoke suggestions and ideas to our clients
providing them with strategies to minimise their FX risk challenges
structure and execute deals
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients
executing a range of different products
payments and cash management
upsell Ebury’s broad product capabilities
Understand clients' business environments
and industry to provide the best solution for their situation using Ebury's large product suite
Know and understand the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury’s Banking solutions
Building and maintaining client relationships through client meetings
confidently and professionally presenting ideas
and updates to clients
Expand existing business
provide feedback to technology and product managers
Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals
