What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, including direct client interaction in a product specialist role, preferably within active fundamental equity investing, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, understanding of asset management, including equity funds and ETFs, Affinity with AI and a proactive mindset toward leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and quality, Self-starter with organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, Proactive and flexible team player with a collaborative, mindset, analytical skills and attention to detail, combined with pragmatic problem-solving ability, Client-focused and results-driven, Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Excellent communication skills in English and at least one additional European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish preferred)

What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Robeco’s fundamental equity strategies through ongoing collaboration with portfolio managers

Represent Robeco’s strategies in client and prospect meetings

covering both introductions and performance updates

Prepare and oversee high-quality client presentations and marketing materials

Respond to client and Sales queries

and contribute to RFPs and DDQs

Support investment teams in client meeting preparation and follow-up activities

Manage internal and external reporting requirements

Contribute to internal initiatives and business development projects

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with CPM colleagues to maximize team effectiveness and commercial outcomes; Close collaboration with portfolio management teams; Close collaboration with Sales teams

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills in English and at least one additional European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish preferred); Direct client engagement; One-on-one meetings; Group presentations; Present strategies to clients and prospects
