What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least two years of experience supporting macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android in a corporate environment, BAS degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, One or more years of enterprise Windows client management experience, Hands-on experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, Experience using ADB for flashing and sideloading devices, Basic networking knowledge, Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11, Valid passport
Nice to Have
Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment, Interest in gaming and emerging technologies, Basic knowledge of Linux environments, Experience building PCs, particularly gaming PCs
What You'll Do.
Provide day-to-day support
Support and develop automated solutions
Administer and maintain client system management tools
Administer and maintain mobile device management (MDM) systems
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes
Deliver technical support remotely and onsite
Maintain and manage system images
Create and maintain documentation
