**Job Description:** _Client Partner & Interim Agency Director_ Som Client Partner & Interim Agency Director har du ansvar for en helhetlig kundeportefølje på tvers av våre tjenesteområder – CXM, creative, media og strategy (BX). Rollen innebærer å utvikle og ivareta eksisterende kunder, samtidig som du identifiserer og realiserer nye forretningsmuligheter, både innenfor og utenfor dagens portefølje. Du er en strategisk rådgiver og en sentral sparringspartner for kundens toppledelse. Gjennom tett samarbeid med interne fagmiljøer sikrer du at vi leverer integrerte løsninger som skaper verdi og bygger langsiktige relasjoner og partnerskap. Som Client Partner eier du den overordne strategiske retningen til dine kunder. Du er ansvarlig for å sikre et sømløst og integrert samarbeid innenfor egen kundeportefølje for å sikre de beste leveransene til kunden. Du har fullt ansvar for inntektsmål, margin og vekst i egen portefølje, og tar nøkkelbeslutninger som påvirker både kundeutvikling og forretningsresultater.
