From shaping high-impact campaign strategies to optimising performance at scale, we combine commercial acumen with deep marketplace insight to unlock value for our partners while driving sustainable revenue growth for Deliveroo. We’re looking for a Client Partner, Advertising to join our Milan team. In this role, you’ll help us drive growth for our largest restaurant and grocery partners in Italy by leading advertising sales and strategic account management. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Advertising team. We are a high-growth function focused on helping our partners thrive by utilising Deliveroo’s sophisticated toolkit of ad offerings to reach the right customers at the right time. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify scope to increase partner advertising effectiveness by gaining a deep understanding of your clients' marketing objectives and challenges. - Develop and Pitch: Create bespoke strategies that map our solutions to client needs, leading high-stakes pitches to propose new approaches to senior stakeholders. - Campaign Management: Coordinate the launch, management, and reporting of campaigns, ensuring all partners are informed and expectations are aligned throughout the lifecycle. - Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance continuously, identifying opportunities to evolve strategies to improve ROI against agreed objectives. - Strategic Collaboration: Synthesise ongoing client feedback to help the global advertising organisation shape future product priorities and share best practices across the account management team.
