What You'll Do.
Act as a key operational point of contact for clients
maintaining a understanding of their business activities and providing professional support across day-to-day payment
and account operations
including wire transfers through different global payment systems

and operational support within the web platform and mobile application.
Assist clients with operational and banking documentation requests
including reference letters and other documents required for clients’ business needs
while ensuring high-quality communication and timely resolution of requests.
Coordinate with internal departments and technical teams to investigate operational issues

and ensure smooth processing of client requests in accordance with internal procedures and security requirements.
