What You'll Achieve.
Ensure internal operations support the unique values of our brands.; Ensure an excellent experience for their customers.; Tracks key performance indicators for client success.; Interpret & understand KPI’s and SLA’s, client contracts and client billing.

Proactively identify solutions and process improvements; anticipating and addresses complexities of clients’ unique fulfillment workflows; problem solving
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 4 years professional experience in client/customer services, preferably in fulfillment, retail, e-commerce, and or supply chain., Must have experience with business tools such as CRMs, WMS, Google Suite, etc.
Nice to Have
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, ideally with a focus in logistics, supply chain or fulfillment, People management experience desired but not required

Lead meetings with clients and cross functional teams.
Promote brand identifies opportunities for brand relationships.
Proactively identify solutions and process improvements.

Act as a Super User managing client business.
Track key performance indicators for client success.
