What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), working knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks, client lifecycle management knowledge, Experience managing complex CDD/KYC cases, Good understanding of risk indicators, Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members, organisational skills, Ability to manage high-volume workflows, Experience working against SLAs, Ability to engage with stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with PEPs, Experience with sanctions, Experience with adverse media
