As a Client Onboarding Specialist, your primary focus will be to support clinic staff in the seamless adoption of our web-based electronic medical record (MYLE). Your role is integral to ensuring a successful implementation tailored to the unique needs and requirements of each clinic. Your contribution to the onboarding team is pivotal, as it directly influences and enhances clinical processes. Reporting to the Director of Onboarding, you will be an essential part of our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to welcoming new clients and guiding them in the seamless adoption of our care management solutions. Main Responsibilities * Collaborating with the onboarding team to define the specific requirements of new customers. * Engaging in remote and on-site project deployments, adapting your approach based on project size and complexity, and utilizing specialized tools for effective integration. * Creating and delivering well-structured training programs tailored to clinics' clerical and medical staff. * Coordinating and conducting informative training sessions for clinic clients to address their queries. * Planning and configuring the necessary technological infrastructure to facilitate the deployment of MEDFAR's products. * Building functional interfaces that are essential for the successful deployment of our products. * Developing IT
