Proven experience running client-facing onboarding calls, A natural communicator, Comfortable following and adapting a prepared script, Confident explaining processes and obligations, Basic familiarity with UK statutory requirements, documentation habits, ability to prepare clean handovers, Comfortable managing several active onboarding processes

Nice to Have

Any experience with cloud accounting platforms like Xero or QuickBooks

Lead onboarding video calls

Walk clients through responsibilities

Orient clients to accounting tools

Identify additional services

Capture client details

Document and hand over information

Contribute to refining onboarding process

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Document and hand over all relevant information to the Customer Service and Retention teams; Escalate to relevant stakeholders

Communication Scope

Natural communicator; Warm; Structured; Able to put people at ease on a call; Comfortable explaining processes and obligations
