We’re looking for a Kitchen Onboarding Associate to join our Middle Eastern team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and operational success of our restaurant partners. We're building the infrastructure for better food in every major city of the world, and Saudi Arabia is one of the fastest growing markets for us. What you’ll do Kitchen Improvements: Identify opportunities for kitchen enhancements, source third-party vendors, coordinate approvals with licensees, and ensure kitchens are operationally ready for partner launch timelines. Onboarding: Support restaurant partners in setting up their kitchens post-occupancy, including permit submittals, equipment buildout coordination, onboarding calls, and guidance on KitchenPark processes, payment cycles, and operational setup requirements. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, Operations, and Sales) and external contractors to ensure a smooth onboarding and operational setup experience for licensees.
